Vascular Surgery Integrated Residency

Fully accredited by the ACGME, our five-year Vascular Surgery Integrated Residency Program prepares residents to become ethical, competent vascular surgery specialists certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery.

Comprehensive Training for Tomorrow's Vascular Surgery Leaders

Our Vascular Surgery Integrated Residency Program is a five-year, fully ACGME-accredited training program.

We prepare and train residents in a stimulating atmosphere, reflecting the highest quality of vascular care, to become certified by the American Board of Vascular Surgery. Our residents are exposed to a multitude of surgical areas in combination with a strong didactic vascular curriculum, enabling them to become proficient surgeons and future leaders in the field.

With a diverse, dedicated faculty of 10 board-certified vascular surgeons, our program offers residents experience with the full complement of endovascular therapies and open surgical techniques, as well as training in non-invasive vascular laboratory testing. We also encourage participation in scholarly activity and clinical research.

A varied caseload combined with the individual expertise of our faculty ensures residents develop and fine tune their operative skills and their understanding of planning and vascular principles.

My training program was unique in that it prepared me for the rigors of being a competent and confident vascular surgeon. The breadth of pathology combined with administrative responsibilities has helped me to really learn what true patient care requires. I am thankful for the growth this program allowed me.”
