Meghan McCready, DNAP, CRNA

Meghan McCready, DNAP, CRNADr. McCready is clinical director at the Center for Nurse Anesthesiology and assistant professor at Albany Medical College. She earned a doctorate from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Master's of Nurse Anesthesiology from Albany Medical College, and a BA in Biology from The College of Saint Rose and a BS in nursing from SUNY Binghamton.

In addition to working in academia, she has worked as a CRNA at Albany Medical Center. Her research has included "Developing Emotional Intelligence in the Student Nurse Anesthetist, and "Peri-operative Management of the Patient with a Ventricular Assist Device."

She is a member of the NYS Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, the NYS Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and the New England Assembly of School Faculty.
