Applyling to this Fellowship

Thank you for your interest in Saratoga Hospital’s Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship at Albany Medical College. All applicants must use the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). No paper applications will be accepted.

• USMLE or Comlex 1 and 2 scores
• Medical school transcript
• Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)
• Three current letters of recommendation
• ECFMG Certificate (if applicable)
• Photo (optional)

To be considered for an interview, we recommend that applications be submitted as early as possible. All applicants selected for an interview will be notified by mid-December. Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted electronically.
Interviews will be conducted virtually November through January.

Non-U.S. citizens must have a J-1 visa. We do not sponsor H-1 visas.

Graduates from an international medical school may not train in New York State if more than 12 weeks of clinical clerkships occur outside of the country in which their medical school is located unless the New York State Department of Education has approved that school's curriculum. Applicants must be recent graduates (within five years); early graduates with subsequent residency experience considered. See the eligibility and employment page for more information.
