Distinguished Alumnus
Richard W. Price, MD ’67

Dr. Price is Professor Emeritus of Neurology at the University of California, San Francisco, Weill Institute for Neurosciences. Dr. Price is widely recognized as a leader in the understanding of HIV infection impact on the central nervous system and has published extensively on this topic as well as on other viral infections.

Distinguished Alumnus Lecture is Saturday, April 20, at 10 a.m. in Huyck Auditorium at Albany Medical Center.  A remote option will be announced.


Vincent P. Verdile, MD ’84

Dr. Verdile is well known to many of us, serving as former Dean of Albany Medical College from 2001 through 2021. His vision and energy transformed and helped expand and shape the Albany Medical College into its current state.


Theresa Weinman

Theresa Weinman has been with Albany Medical College in the Department of Family & Community Medicine for nearly 30 years. In that time, she has advanced programs, outreach, student experiences, community engagement and alumni connections with the College.


Ruth Morgan, MD ’10

Dr. Morgan is a family medicine physician who has dedicated her professional career to working with underserved communities and addressing health care disparities; she cares for the underserved and homeless populations in San Antonio, Texas.
