How to Apply

SF Match applications will be reviewed in February and March. Invitations for interviews will follow in April.

Applications must be submitted through SF Match. No other applications will be accepted. 

Eligibility:

Candidates for admission to our Stereotactic Functional Fellowship program must meet the following criteria:

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Neurosurgery residency program by the start of the fellowship
  • Eligibility to obtain an unrestricted medical license in New York State
  • Evidence of scholarly activity and research during residency
  • A professional letter of interest, and at least three letters of recommendation
  • Strong commitment to advancing functional surgical techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Permanent U.S. citizen; J-1Visa; we are unable to sponsor H1-b visa.
  • A graduate of a U.S or Canadian medical school accredited by the Liaison Committee for Medical Education (LCME), or a medical school outside the U.S. and Canada with a current valid certificate from the ECFMG prior to appointment. We will not be accepting applications from Foreign Medial Graduates, unless they have met the criteria. (www.acgme.org)
