Specimen Collection: 2 mL blood (red, gold, lithium heparin green or gray top tube). Pediatrics: 0.5 mL blood (red or lithium heparin green microtainer). 
Minimum Volume: 0.5 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Gold/red top tube: Allow to clot, centrifuge for 20 minutes, refrigerate. Serum must be removed from red top tube. Gray top tube: centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove plasma, refrigerate.
