t cell lymphoma immunophenotyping panel

Specimen Collection: Peripheral blood - 4 mL (lavender top tube).
Bone marrow - preferably one sodium heparin green top or red top tube from sodium heparinized syringe or K2EDTA lavender top tube.
Fresh tissue - same day analysis - place sample in container with flow transport media or saline: send ASAP to CIL on ice or 2-8ºC. If analysis will not be the same day, place sample in container with flow media.

Minimum Volume: 2 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Store and transport specimens at 2-8ºC. Peripheral blood - must be received within 24 hours of draw. Bone marrow and others - specimens may be accepted up to 48 hours after collection: CSF - store and transport at 2-8ºC ASAP. 
Reference Values: Complete panel will include: CD10, CD23, CD19, HLA-DR, CD7, CD3, CD5, CD38, CD20, CD2, CD4, CD8, CD45, TCR Alpha/Beta, CD16/CD56, CD57 and TCR Gamma/Delta
