Plastic Surgeon Joins Albany Medical Center
ALBANY, N.Y., September 23, 2013 – Oluwaseun Adetayo, M.D., a plastic surgeon who treats adults and children, has joined Albany Medical Center’s Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has been appointed assistant professor of surgery at Albany Medical College.
In addition to performing general plastic surgery, Dr. Adetayo specializes in correcting craniofacial anomalies such as cleft lip and palate, craniomaxillofacial reconstruction, cranial vault surgery, orthognathic surgery, facial and nasal reconstruction, scar revision and enhancement, and all aspects of pediatric and adult plastic surgery.
Albany Med’s expert plastic surgery team performs the full range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, from the simple to the highly complex. Her colleagues include Malcolm Roth M.D., Ashit Patel, M.D., Richard Agag, M.D. and Kristen Rezak M.D.
A graduate of the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine, Dr. Adetayo completed her residency in plastic surgery at Loma Linda University’s School of Medicine in California and her fellowship training in craniofacial and pediatric plastic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s School of Medicine.
