Free Seminar Will Address Management of Diabetes Mellitus
ALBANY, N.Y., March 6, 2013 - Albany Med’s Chronic Kidney Disease Center invites diabetes patients, their caregivers and families, as well as the public to a free seminar on managing diabetes, as well as prevention of the disease. Participants will receive information about lifestyle management and technologies including insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring.
Beth Nardacci and Marie Schongar, family nurse practitioners and certified diabetes educators, will present “Diabetes Mellitus and Treatment Options.”
