Physical therapy can address a number of problems. Below is a list of more common diagnoses that we treat at Albany Med. While we can evaluate your injury you must have a current prescription from a doctor in order to receive treatment.

Your initial evaluation will be very thorough and take from 45 minutes to one hour. Your therapist will conduct a complete evaluation that will examine multiple systems in order to best treat your condition. Subsequent visits usually last from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Your doctor and therapist will decide how often you may need to come to therapy. Typically, most patients come 2 to 3 times per week.
