Infusion Logs


The HTC is encouraging those with Hemophilia keep a log of their infusions. There are several insurance companies that are starting to request this data to cover future Factor orders. We have a paper log that we can send to you if you prefer this method of logging. For those more interested in electronic logging, especially for teens, the following is a list of electronic logs.
