Specimen Collection: 10 mL blood (lavender, sodium heparin green or lithium heparin green top tube).
Place on ice. Deliver to Special Chemistry ASAP. 
Minimum Volume: 5 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove plasma, freeze within 1 hour of collection. Min 1.5 mL plasma.
