Specimen Collection: 4 mL blood (red or sodium heparin green top tube).   Include drug dosage, and time and date of last dose. 
Minimum Volume: 4 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Serum: allow to clot, centrifuge 10 minutes, remove serum immediately, freeze. Min 2 mL serum. Plasma: centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove plasma immediately, freeze. Min 2 mL plasma. Separate serum or plasma from cells ASAP.
