Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Serum: allow to clot, centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove serum, freeze. Plasma: centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove plasma, freeze. Transport on dry ice. Must be centrifuged within 6 hours of collection. Min 2.0 mL serum/plasma.
