t cell lymphoma immunophenotyping panel

Specimen Collection: Peripheral blood - one lavender top tube. Bone marrow - one sodium heparin green top tube or red top tube from (sodium) heparinized syringe. Fresh tissue - place sample in container with saline and send ASAP to lab. If not same day analysis, place tissue in transport media supplied by CIL and store in refrigerator. Call lab for details - 262-5367. Blood must be received within 24 hours of draw, other specimens must be received within 48 hours of obtaining specimen. 
Minimum Volume: 1 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Blood - store at room temperature. Tissue - refrigerate. 
Reference Values: Complete panel will include: CD10, CD23, CD19, HLA-DR, CD7, CD3, CD5, CD38, CD20, CD2, CD4, CD8, CD45, TCR Alpha/Beta, CD16, CD56, CD57 and TCR Gamma/Delta
