Specimen Collection: 4 mL blood (red, gold or sodium heparin green, lithium heparin green top tube). 
Minimum Volume: 3 mL 
Handling Instructions for Offsite Areas: Serum: Allow to clot, centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove serum, refrigerate within 1 hour. Min 1 mL serum. Plasma: centrifuge for 20 minutes, remove plasma, refrigerate within 1 hour. Min 1 mL plasma. Separate serum or plasma cells within 1 hour of collection.
