Dr. Mary Ann McKee Joins the Department of Neurology at Albany Med

ALBANY, N.Y., January 20, 2011- Mary Ann McKee, M.D., a general neurologist, has joined the department of neurology at Albany Medical Center and will serve as associate professor of neurology at Albany Medical College. Dr. McKee joins Albany Med from the department of neurology at the University of Michigan, where she served as clinical instructor.

In addition to serving as clinical instructor, Dr. McKee was an attending neurologist and member of the Ethics Committee at the University of Michigan Hospital. Previously, Dr. McKee was the senior staff neurologist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, and has served as an instructor in the department of neurology at Johns Hopkins Hospital and neurologist at the Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in Maryland.

After receiving her medical degree from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada, Dr. McKee completed a residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and a residency in neurology at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

Dr. McKee is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in neurology.
