As
this issue of the AMR goes out on the internet, there is
much to share with everyone. Match Day was March 18th and
was the conclusion of a very successful recruitment season
for us. Two AMC students will be staying for categorical
IM and we matched students from a few other US programs.
We also matched some very qualified international graduates.
I would like to thank everyone who was involved in the recruitment
process and helped make it such a success!
In
February, we had our site visit by the ACGME. I am happy
to report that it seems the visit went very well. We will
receive our final results after the May RRC meeting. Thanks
to all of you who were involved in this process and contributed
to a very positive site visit.
Lastly
- congratulations to all the interns and senior residents
heading into the "final stretch" as we cruise into the last
months of the academic year.
