64-year-old caucasian man was admitted with a non-productive
cough and right hand and forearm swelling. He admitted to
25-30 lbs weight loss during the past 6 months. He also
had occasional ataxia, slurred speech and blurry vision.
He denied fever, chills, chest pain, shortness of breath
or night sweats. He was a known smoker who had smoked 2-3
packs per day for 45 years.
