EKG - Case Question

Joseph Bordelon, MD

The patient was a 46-year-old black man with a history of end stage renal disease who presented to the emergency department with mental status changes and seizures. He was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder and was subsequently started on phenytoin. Based on the following EKG what would be the most likely abnormality expected on laboratory studies? What, if any, treatment modalities should be considered?
