An 84-year-old man presented to the ER with three weeks of worsening dyspnea on exertion. His past medical history is significant for multiple myocardial infarctions, coronary artery bypass grafts, and hypertension. This electrocardiogram has signs of ischemia. What are the underlying conduction defects?
