CAPTIAL DISTRICT PSYCHIATRIC CENTER
The Capital District Psychiatric Center (CDPC), a modern and progressive treatment center, is operated by the Office of Mental Health of New York State. The Center serves a population of approximately one million people. It specializes in treating seriously and persistently mentally ill adults as well as providing outpatient services for children, adolescents, and their families.
SAMUEL S. STRATTON VA MEDICAL CENTER
As part of the VA Health Care Network of Upstate New York (VISN 2), the Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center's goal is to provide an integrated, accessible continuum of care for veterans from a twenty-county area. Functioning as part of the Center's Behavioral Health Careline, psychology staff provides consultation and psychological intervention for patients from inpatient and outpatient departments across all areas of the hospital.
