Our faculty comprises a wide range of backgrounds and interests with many holding dual certifications or other advanced degrees.  In addition to providing hands-on, 24-hour department supervision and teaching, all faculty members share a commitment to creating an atmosphere that is conducive to the advancement of otolaryngology.

Faculty members also participate in regional and national professional organizations and research endeavors.  Many also serve on national committees and organizations dedicated to the growth and development.

Steven Parnes, MD

Interest:  Otology, neurotology, dizziness, cochlear implants, sinus and nasal disease, head and neck cancer and voice disorders.

Arthur Falk, MD

Interest:  Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, with particular interest in congenital craniofacial surgery, facial reconstruction for trauma and cancer, advanced sleep surgery and cosmetic facial plastic surgery.  He has a keen interest in cutting-edge laser base technology for the treatment of a variety of skin conditions, as well as minimally invasive aesthetic techniques. 

Steven Silver, MD

Interest:  General otolaryngology, nasal and ent allergy with testing and treatment using sublingual immunotherapy.  All ear problems including perforation, hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus and wax.  Snoring evaluation and treatment.
