Dear Graduate Student Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in graduate studies in the Center for Immunology & Microbial Disease (CIMD) at Albany Medical College. The following links include information about the CIMD graduate program and application forms that can be submitted either by email or Fax:
- Information - Additional information about the CIMD program, Albany Medical College and the Albany area.
- eApplication - A fillable application that can be completed in Microsoft Word and returned to us at dgs_cimd@mail.amc.edu. Please follow the directions on the final page of the domestic application for submission of transcripts, GRE scores and recommendation forms. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must also complete the International Applicant Supplemental application.
- AMC Rec - A recommendation form that should be emailed to each of the references listed in your application.
- Print PDF- If you don't have access to Microsoft Word, this PDF of all application forms can be printed, filled in by hand and faxed to us at 518-262-5748.
If you are interested in joining us to face the major challenges in immunology and microbial disease, please submit your eApplication soon. Although our deadline for completed applications is December 31, 2008, our admissions committee will review application materials as they arrive.
