Dear Graduate Student Applicant,
Thank you for your interest in graduate studies in the Center for Cell Biology & Cancer Research (CCBCR) at Albany Medical College. The following links include information about the CCBCR graduate program and application forms that can be submitted either by mail or e-mail.
eApplication - A fillable application that can be completed in Microsoft Word and returned to us at dipersm@mail.amc.edu. Please follow the directions on the final page of the domestic application for submission of transcripts, GRE scores and recommendation forms. If you are not a U.S. citizen, you must also complete the International Applicant Supplemental application.
AMC Rec - A recommendation form that should be e-mailed to each of the references listed in your application.
Print PDF - If you don't have access to Microsoft Word, this PDF of all application forms can be printed, filled in my hand and mailed to Graduate Studies, Mail Code 16, Room MS-134, Albany Medical College, 47 New Scotland Avenue, Albany, New York 122080-3479.
