Dr. George Zanaros is expert in microsurgery, as well as reconstruction and arthroscopic treatment of the entire upper extremity -- including hand, elbow, and shoulder injuries. “I enjoy treating all arthritic, as well as sports related injuries, for the entire upper extremity,” he says. Dr. Zanaros performs unique surgeries including total and reverse total shoulder surgeries, total elbow replacement and elbow arthroscopy, minimally invasive carpal tunnel releases, and lattissmus tendon transfers (he is the only surgeon in the region trained in this operation to treat irreparable rotator cuff tears).
