Dr. Kevin Kiley is Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and specializes in general gynecology and routine obstetrics, menopausal and adult woman care. His unique background and wealth of experience can be attributed to his many years of Army Obstetrics and Gynecology to include Chairman of OBGYN at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. After retiring as the Army Surgeon General, he returned to practice before arriving at Albany Medical Center. Dr. Kiley’s interests are in performing many routine gynecological procedures including vaginal hysterectomies, vaginal surgery, and colposcopies. In addition, he has an interest in treating patients with sexual dysfunction and in managing perimenopausal concerns and issues.
Dr. Kiley’s approach to patient care is more than pure science; it is a sensitivity to the possible emotional component of patient care this is equally important to him.
Dr. Kiley’s role as associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology at Albany Medical College is very important to him. A number of the residents that Dr. Kiley has trained in the Army have gone on to become outstanding senior OB/GYN physicians.
