Norman F. Angell, M.D., Ph.D.,
Chief of Gynecology
Dr. Angell is a seasoned surgeon with more than 20 years of experience in infertility treatment and gynecology surgery. A graduate of the University of Louisville in Kentucky, Dr. Angell completed his residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Rochester. He has served as program director for obstetrics and gynecology at the University of South Alabama Children's and Women's Hospital and spent 16 years practicing infertility and gynecology surgery in Utica, NY. Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Angell is also a member of the Society of Gynecologic Surgeons and the Society of Reproductive Surgeons of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
