NENY Regional Perinatal Forum Meetings
2nd Tuesday in March, June, September, DecemberAlbany Medical Center, MS-169

Regional perinatal forums have been established across the state, including North Eastern New York (NENY). The purpose of the Regional Perinatal Forum is to bring together hospital and community perinatal professionals, who strive to improve pregnancy outcomes through collaborative efforts to increase access to care, achieve improvements in quality of care and to address other state and region-wide public health issues related to maternal and infant health.

The Regional Perinatal Center at Albany Medical is the host and sponsor of the NENY Regional Perinatal Forum. Quarterly meetings are open to everyone in the perinatal community of the region. Each program offers perinatal data review, subcommittee reports, open forum and networking, and features an educational or best practice presentation (see below).

There is also opportunity for subcommittee participation, including: Breastfeeding, Regional Action Plan, Nurse Manager Network Group, Perinatal Protocol/Guideline development, Perinatal Data System Birth Registrars Group, and NICU Data User Group.
