Stephen Phelan, MD

Dr. Phelan graduated with distinction from the University of Colorado, majoring in chemical engineering and minoring in biochemistry.  He then worked for a year at the National Renewable Energy Laboratories in Golden, CO before attending medical school at the University of Colorado.  He completed his internship and residency at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH and served as an attending physician at the Valley Regional Hospital in Clermont, NH for one year.  In 2006, he joined the Division of Endocrinology to do a two-year fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism.  He is married and has two children.
