SEFCU & Albany Medical Center
SEFCU is committed to supporting the health care experience of children and families in the northeast with its new pediatric program at Albany Medical Center. The program is intended to help families cope during tough times and alleviate some of the stress that comes with being hospitalized.
The SEFCU Cares for Children Program is a multi-faceted program that supports pediatric services at the Children’s Hospital including:
- Incubators for the new neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
- An innovative play space for pediatric patients to use during their recovery at the hospital
- Hand-held game devices for the pediatric rooms
- Support of educational resources to help parents and families more effectively manage their child’s illness, injury or hospital stay
