The Albany Medical Center Pediatric Group is located at One Clara Barton Drive. With 23 exam rooms, the facility is able to serve many more children than it has in the past in a bright, attractive, and respectful space.

The Albany Med Pediatric Group is comprised of board certified pediatricians and pediatric nurse practitioners who provide over 16,500 full general pediatric well-care and illness care visits to our area on a yearly basis.

At Clara Barton, there is plenty of parking right in front of the building. Once inside, the reception area features a convenient check-in and large waiting room with a play area and TV. In addition to the exam rooms, which have been outfitted with age appropriate equipment and decorations, the new facility has separate consultation rooms, a lab, testing areas and a conference room that can be used for meetings and educational activities.

Two specialty programs are also offered including one of the only international adoption program in the country where physicians review the medical records of children from other countries before they are adopted by local parents and one of only 5 lead poisoning centers in New York State.

In addition to a larger and more up-to-date facility, the group offers expanded evening hours on Monday and Tuesday nights.
