An 84 yr old, male patient was diagnosed with coronary artery disease, artrial fibrillation, hypertension, and shortness of breath. Surgical options were discussed. The patient decided to proceed with percutaneous revascularization.
Pre-procedure, the patient showed blockages in the two major arteries (LAD & circumflex) off the left-main artery of the heart. Post-procedure, the blockages were relieved and reduced to zero percent.
The angiogram above shows the circumflex which is 80% blocked.
After the procedure, the blockages were cleared and reduced to zero percent.
