Dr. Matthew Murnane is an Associate Professor of Neurology. He received his MD degree from Albany Medical College and completed his neurology Residency and Fellowship in electromyography/neuromuscular disease at Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University. He is Board Certified in Neurology with special qualification in clinical neurophysiology; He is also certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Antonio Sparano. is an Assistant Professor of Neurology. He received his MD degree from the Second University of Naples School of Medicine & Surgery followed by successful completion of an internship and neurology residency at Albany Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident during his last year. He recently completed a fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology (Epilepsy) at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Sparano is Board Eligible in Neurology. His interests include epilepsy and other seizure disorders as well as general neurology.

After completing his pediatric residency at Children's Hospital National Medical Center in Washington, DC, Dr. Gibbons completed fellowships in Pediatric Neurology (George Washington University) and Epilepsy/Clinical Neurophysiology (Children's Hospital, Boston). Professor and Bender Endowed Chair of Neurology
Dr. Zimmerman is the Clinical Director of the Alzheimer's Center and Director of Clinical Research for the Neurosciences Institute at AMC. Dr. Zimmerman is a neurologist who specializes in dementia, Alzheimer's disease and neurodegenerative disease. His clinical research programs are centered on identifying a biomarker for the early detection of Alzheimer's disease, referred to as Mild Cognitive Impairment.
