Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders of Northeastern New York

The Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders of Northeastern New York creates a formal collaboration between Albany Medical Center and Four Winds Hospitals to ensure that patients with eating disorders receive quality care.

The mission of the Comprehensive Care Center for Eating Disorders is to serve those individuals affected by the complex issues associated with eating disorders by providing expert treatment and a seamless continuum of care so that each individual is given the opportunity to heal the body, mind and spirit.

Led by a team from Albany Medical Center and Four Winds Hospital Saratoga, the Center works to coordinate treatment services throughout 23 counties in northeastern New York.

The Center also works in collaboration with the LiveWell Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders, a practice based in Albany and part of the Albany Psychological Services for Eating Disorders, PLLC. This multidisciplinary treatment center, in partnership with the medical and therapeutic expertise offered at Albany Med, provides patients with the best care possible, while also allowing them to recover and heal within their own community.
