Substance Use Counseling
Substance Abuse Case Management services are available to assist patients who are either at risk for substance use or currently have active substance abuse issues. Our Substance Use Specialist works in consultation with all members of the health care team to: assess substance use, provide counseling, make treatment program referrals as appropriate, and to follow-up with patients to assure complete continuity in their care.
