Minda Dwyer, ANP-c, AAHIVS


Ms. Dwyer received her BSN at Cornell University-New York Hospital. After 18 years as a visiting nurse in New York's Harlem and various communities in the Boston area, she received her degree as an ANP in Adult Primary Care Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston.

Minda Dwyer is a Nurse Practitioner in the AIDS Treatment Center at the Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. She is certified through the American Academy of HIV Medicine as an HIV clinical specialist. She manages the program committee for the Capital District Chapter of the Association of Nurses in AIDS Care.

Ms Dwyer lectures extensively and has published on HIV-related topics. Ms. Dwyer is the author of a series of learning modules for nurses working in correctional facilities across the country
