Correctional Education
Overview
Albany Medical Center's AIDS Program (AMCAP) is one of the largest providers of HIV correctional education in the United States. According to a 2007 report from the Bureau of Justice Statistics, New York State has the largest number of HIV-infected inmates nationwide (4,400).
