Research is an important part of the Goodman Diabetes Service. Researchers study diabetes, its complications, and its treatment.
Having an active research program benefits all of our patients. Patients and family members can participate in clinical trials and get firsthand experience with the newest therapies. Even patients who do not participate in studies benefit, because our providers are able to quickly bring the latest research findings into practice and are experienced with using new medicines before they reach the market.
