Children's Hospital Golf Tournament

Since its inception, the Children's Hospital Golf Tournament has raised over $900,000 for specialized services and programs offered only at the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center. Hosted by Colonie Golf and Country Club, the scramble format offers competition for awards and prizes, followed by a dinner and an auction. |

Albany Medical Center's 'Light up the Night' benefit raises funds for Albany Med's Department of Emergency Medicine. Proceeds from the event are used to fund educational opportunities, research initiatives and equipment purchases that will further strengthen the Department of Emergency Medicine. This event takes place at Prime at Saratoga National Golf Club. |

June Bryant Dunbar Luncheon - Alzheimer's Center

This event is named for June Bryant Dunbar, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2000 at the age of 56 and is the mother of Albany Medical Center Foundation Board member Jaqueline Dunbar Grande. The event supports the Alzheimer’s Center of Albany Medical Center, the foremost provider of care for patients and families suffering from Alzheimer's disease and related dementias in the greater Capital Region. |

Melodies of Christmas

The Melodies of Christmas performance brings the sounds of the holidays to the Capital Region through the musical delight of the Empire State Youth Orchestra and Chorale at Proctors Theatre in Schenectady. Funds raised from these performances directly benefit the Center for Childhood Cancer & Blood Disorders at the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center. |

Dancing in the Woods

Dancing in the Woods is a black tie gala featuring live entertainment and dancing, specialty foods, champagne and an array of unique desserts that benefits the Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at the Children's Hospital at Albany Medical Center. Each year's event takes on a new theme, transforming the location into a magical winter wonderland complete with evergreen and birch trees, poinsettias and lots of snow! |
