Class Canceled. Pregnant women who are interested in prenatal exercise are invited to attend this class. The class meets every Wednesday evening and is taught by a Certified Perinatal Fitness Educator. All class participants MUST have physician clearance prior to attending. Registration is not required. The fee ($10.00 per session) is collected weekly at class. Participants should wear comfortable work-out attire and bring a water bottle to class.
