Karla  Giramonti ,  RN, MS, FNP

Karla Giramonti, RN, MS, FNP, is a graduate of the Albany Medical Center School of Nursing,  Regents College and the Sage Graduate School.  She has expertise in Family Medicine as well as Urology and has been practicing with the Urological Institute Of Northeastern New York since 2002.   Her special medical interests in the area of pediatric urology include reflux, neurogenic bladder, and mylomeningocele; in the areas of pediatric urology and adult urology her special interests are in the area of incontinence and renal calculi.

She is an author of a recently published scientific article on The Association of Constipation with Childhood Urinary Tract Infections, in the Journal of Pediatric Urology and has been published in the Journey of Nursing Care Quality.  She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
