Benefits
Salaries, health care benefits, malpractice coverage, vacation time, educational stipends, on-call meals and other benefits are defined by the Office of Graduate Medical Education at AMC, for postgraduate trainees at the PGY-4 to PGY-6 levels.
The Hospital subsidizes excellent day care facilities (age 8 weeks through kindergarten). The Department covers expenses for attending one national meeting each year to present research work.
Fellows also have secretarial assistance and computer access. Fellows are eligible for access to Schaffer Medical Library resources from their home computer.
